- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 lb grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (or to taste)
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely minced
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce at least (or adjust to taste)
- Combine all ingredients; mix well then form into a ball.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight to blend flavors. Delicious!
